This 104 acre ranch is a GREAT RECREATIONAL PROPERTY located in a remote area in Southern Lavaca County. This property is covered with live oaks and is heavily wooded. There are 2 nice ponds with one being at the front of the property and one at the back. See the aerial. There is a solar powered water well by the front really large pond. There are a lot of trails to use exploring the property and Sandies Creek is a fun feature of the property. The property is not fenced on the north side and is under Ag exemption. This property is off the beaten path, but once you get to it you will see lots of wildlife and be able to see the stars at night. This property is ready for you to develop with your own footprint as it is virtually untouched.
